Nanoswarm FAQ

Capabilities

What can a nanobot do for me?

Chat and research, message you on Telegram, read and act in your Gmail and Google Calendar, understand voice notes and images, remember context across conversations, and run repeatable tasks — using the engine, model, and integrations you choose.

What are engines, and which can I pick?

An engine is the agent that powers your bot. Nanoswarm offers Nanobot, OpenClaw, and Hermes Agent. OpenClaw and Hermes Agent are premium engines available with Pro.

Which AI models power Nanoswarm?

You can choose frontier models including Claude (Haiku, Sonnet), GPT‑5.4, Kimi K2.5, and MiniMax, routed through OpenRouter. Some models are free; others require Pro.

Does my bot run all the time?

Yes. Bots run on dedicated infrastructure so they stay available 24/7, not only while the app is open.

Does it remember past conversations?

Yes. Nanobots can retain conversation context to improve their responses. That context is removed when you delete the bot.

What can I connect it to?

Telegram is the first managed channel — use zero-setup managed Telegram or your own bot token. OpenClaw bots can also connect Gmail and Google Calendar as tools through secure OAuth.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

How much does Nanoswarm cost?

Nanoswarm Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The exact price is shown on the in-app paywall and billed through your app store account. A 3-day free trial is available.

What is included for free?

The free plan lets you run one nanobot on a free model. After a 7-day window, keeping a bot running, adding more bots, or using premium engines and models requires Pro.

How do I cancel?

Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play subscription settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Will it renew automatically?

Yes, Pro renews automatically until you cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I restore my subscription?

Reinstall or sign in with the same store account and use Restore Purchases; your Pro entitlement re-applies.

Privacy and data

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your data is not used to train AI models, and no personal account info such as your name or email is sent to AI providers.

Where is my data stored, and is it encrypted?

Conversations are processed server-side and kept as bot history — both Telegram and in-app chat — which is removed when you delete the bot or your account. Telegram tokens are encrypted at rest with AES‑256‑GCM, and all traffic uses TLS.

How do I delete my data or account?

Delete your account in Settings. Deletion is immediate and removes your user record, tokens, and every bot you own.

How do I disconnect an integration?

Disconnect Gmail or Calendar in the app to revoke your bot's access. You can reconnect anytime.

Permissions and agent safety

Will the agent take actions without me?

Your bot only acts through the channels and integrations you connect, such as Telegram or Gmail. You choose what to connect, and nothing is enabled until you set it up.

Can I control or stop what a bot does?

Yes. You can start, stop, restart, or delete any bot at any time, and a managed Telegram bot only responds in the chat you linked it to.

What if the agent makes a mistake?

AI output can be inaccurate, and Nanoswarm is a best-effort beta — not a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing what your bot does, and you can stop or delete it instantly.

Account and support

Can I use Nanoswarm in my computer's browser? What's the login link?

Yes. Open app.nanoswarm.net in any desktop or mobile browser and sign in with Apple or Google. Guest mode is available in the iOS and Android apps, not on the web. When you sign in with Apple or Google, your bots and settings stay in sync across the web app and the mobile apps.

Do I need an account?

It depends where you use Nanoswarm. On the web app (app.nanoswarm.net) you sign in with Apple or Google. In the iOS and Android apps you can also continue as a guest with no personal info, and later link that guest account to Apple or Google from Settings. Either way, a short AI & data consent step is required before you create your first bot.
