Terms of Use

By using Nanoswarm ("the Service"), operated by SonderSpot OÜ, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Nanoswarm is a platform for creating and managing personal AI-powered Telegram bots ("nanobots"). You provide a Telegram bot token and personality configuration; we provision and operate the bot infrastructure on your behalf. Your bots generate responses using third-party large language model (LLM) providers. You select the AI model during setup and can change it at any time; the provider for each model is shown on the model selection screen.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and your Telegram bot tokens. You are the custodian of any bot tokens you provide to the Service. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and Bot API policies.
• You must not use your nanobots for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or any purpose that violates applicable law.
• You must not consume excessive platform resources (including AI tokens, compute, or bandwidth) in a manner that degrades the service for other users or exceeds reasonable use for your subscription tier.
• You are responsible for the content and behavior of your bots, including all AI-generated responses.
• You understand that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should not rely on nanobot output as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
• You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring the output of your bots, and for any consequences of sharing that output with others via Telegram.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (bot configurations, personality settings). We retain ownership of the Nanoswarm platform, software, and infrastructure.

5. Service Availability

Nanoswarm is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime or availability. The Service is currently in beta and features may change without notice.

5a. AI and Third-Party Providers

Nanobot responses are generated by third-party AI model providers. We do not control the output of these models. Available models and providers may change at any time — models may be added, removed, or replaced. If a model you are using becomes unavailable, your bot may need to be reconfigured with a different model.

Your use of AI-generated content through the Service is also subject to the terms and usage policies of the applicable model provider. You can see which provider powers each model on the model selection screen in the app.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are used for abusive purposes, or consume excessive platform resources. Suspension may include immediately stopping all running instances and preventing new ones from starting. We may act without prior notice where continued operation would harm the platform or other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonderSpot OÜ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
